About Us

Richard Dunne is a senior HR professional with over 25 years experience at a leadership and strategic level in Human Resources. Richard began his Human Resource Management career with Irish Leathers and Bailieboro Cooperative in Cavan. From there he moved to Sterling Drug Ireland (now Glaxo Smith Klein) in the start up of their highly successful plant in Co. Waterford. Subsequently he became Head of HR for Sola Lenses in Wexford, then Human Resources/WCM Manager at Oral B Laboratories in Kildare and from 2000 to 2008 as HR Ireland Country Manager for GE Healthcare.

In 2008 Richard established HR Professional Solutions Ltd. His assignment list includes large-scale organizations in both the manufacturing and service sector and small family run businesses.

Richard is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an M.Sc in Total Quality Management from the University of Limerick.
